| HISTORIC FLOODING HITS NASHVILLE & OTHER AREAS |
|
Nashville and many, many other areas in Tennessee are under flood waters. Our roads have turned into rivers. Homes and businesses are ruined. Cars are floating down the river. So far, at least eleven lives have been taken due to the raging waters. Thousands have evacuated and scrambled to safety with no place to go.
Shelters have been opened up in several areas of Nashville and other cities. With this historic flooding, many, many supplies are needed.
Churches of Christ Disaster Relief has set up distribution centers at the following congregations in Nashville: Bellevue, Charlotte Heights, Pennington Bend, Jackson Park, Lebanon Road, Tusculum, & Schrader Lane.
