| RIVERS FLOOD THE NORTHEAST |

This year has brought many floods to several areas of our country. So far Churches of Christ Disaster Relief has responded to two major flooded areas. Much needed supplies have been taken to Beckley, West Virginia and Cranston, Warwick, Wakefield, & Providence Rhode Island. Many, many homes and businesses have been destroyed with little relief in sight for these areas.
The South County Church of Christ in Wakefield, RI is serving as the first distribution center to help deliver supplies to the flood victims. As the snow begins to melt, and the rivers continue to rise, many more loads of supplies will be needed in these areas.
Churches of Christ Disaster Relief Effort, Inc. will send more supplies as needed. When the waters recede, and homeowners find a place to stay, new bedding, new appliances, and furniture will be sent to the flood victims.
